SECURE PROCESSING:

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:

Once your order has been placed through our website, please allow (1-3 business days) for the order to be processed.

 

Domestic shipping:

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments will ship via USPS. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail with tracking once your order has shipped.

 

International Shipping Policies:

Currently at this moment we do NOT offer international shipping (coming soon).

SALES AND HOLIDAY ORDERS:

Special sale circumstances such as national holidays may delay the processing and shipping method by up to an additional 14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. These are some of the specific holidays that you should consider - including, but not limited to: Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.

 

DespiteOurSins.com is NOT responsible for misdeliveries. If you submitted the shipping address incorrectly on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can correct the address. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request/shipping invoice sent to you through e-mail.

 

 

PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY:

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but sometimes shit happens. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

 

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are only accepted if you received the wrong item from your purchase order. You have to return the item and make a new purchase online. Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Attached with your item(s), please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the item(s) are being exchanged. Despite Our Sins reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Despite Our Sins will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your order and/or confirmation number along with a brief description of your issue.

DespiteOurSins.com does not offer store credit for any reason, including exchanges.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS FROM DESPITEOURSINS.COM NON-SALE OR SALE ITEMS. WE GO TO EXTREME MEASURES TO VERIFY AND INSPECT ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS BEFORE WE SEND YOU YOUR GOODS. OUR SIZING CHARTS AND INFO IS TRUE TO SIZE. OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE FROM DESPITEOURSINS.COM
